The Role
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 lessons
* Provide 1:1 and small group intervention support
* Help students build confidence, resilience, and engagement
* Support pupils with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs
* Work closely with teachers, SEND staff, and pastoral teams
* Develop positive relationships with students across the school
