We are looking for enthusiastic physiotherapists to join our rotational programme, designed to help you to grow into confident, skilled clinician.
What we offer:
Rotations across core specialities, including MSK outpatients, acute teams, community and BDCT Mental Health Team.
Supportive preceptorship programme, dedicated supervision from experienced physiotherapists
Access to regular CPD and in service training, opportunities to develop wider professional skills.
Monthly on call training and support to develop confidence and competence to take part in on call rota.
What we are looking for:
HCPC registration, or about to graduate
A passion for delivering patient centred care and promoting independence
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A willingness to learn, adapt and make the most of every rotation.

Main duties of the job
Job Summary
 * To prioritise, plan and deliver clinical case work within the rotational physiotherapy areas with support of a senior therapist.
 * To apply evidence based, knowledge and skills to the clinical area.
 * To work in partnership with patients, carers, the MDT, and wider statutory, private and voluntary sector services.
 * To work with team members to ensure the effective functioning of the team.
 * To participate in quality improvements to improve the clinical area.
 * Contribute to student training and development.
 * To undertake "On Call" work following training and competence assessment, and to join the On Call rota.

Person Specification
Knowledge
 * Knowledge of the principles of clinical governance
 * Knowledge to promote and support equality and value diversity
 * Knowledge of standardised and non-standardised assessments and treatments relevant to physiotherapy
Experience
 * Relevant and recent undergraduate experience working in a variety of clinical areas and settings
 * Undergraduate experience of multidisciplinary team working and working collaboratively with other professions and agencies
 * Experience in use of IT applications
 * Recent post graduate experience with relevance to the job.
 * Experience of audit and research
 * Experience of service developmentExperience of working NHS
Qualifications
 * Degree or equivalent pre-registration award in physiotherapy
 * State registrations with the Health Care Professions Council
 * Member of relevant Professional special interest groups/organisations
 * Courses relevant to physiotherapy
Skills
 * Clinical reasoning skills
Other
 * Current UK driving licence and access to own transport
