Schneider Electric is looking for a Global Program Manager to join our Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) segment - the #1 growth segment at Schneider Electric. This is a high-impact, customer-facing leadership role, where you will drive the execution of strategic global accounts and ensure a seamless, consistent experience across geographies and teams.
#LI-JB10 What you'll do As a Global Program Manager, you will: * Drive execution of global account strategies, ensuring alignment between customer needs, sales, and operations * Act as a trusted partner to strategic clients, supporting engagement at executive level * Lead cross-functional and international collaboration (sales, engineering, delivery teams) * Implement and scale digital tools (dashboards, playbooks) to enhance visibility, governance, and performance tracking * Manage growth initiatives and customer-specific projects * Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and continuous improvement actions * Ensure operational excellence, readiness, and consistency across multi-country programmes.
