About the Role:
As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will be the financial backbone of our commercial operations. You'll partner with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations to deliver data-driven insights, robust forecasts, and actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support commercial strategy and decision-making
* Partner with business units to build budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
* Analyse sales performance, pricing strategies, and customer profitability
* Identify risks and opportunities, and present clear recommendations to leadership
* Develop financial models to evaluate investment cases, pricing models, and strategic initiatives
* Support month-end reporting and variance analysis
* Continuously improve reporting tools and processes
What I'm Looking For:
* Proven experience in a commercial finance, commercial accountancy, FP&A, or business analyst role
* Solid understanding of financial principles and business strategy
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
* Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
