Overview
Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
What you'll be doing
* Contribute to the delivery of administration services in a senior role within an office setting, providing administrative support to the healthcare team, wider Practice Plus Group organisation and the prison.
* Work within a busy team, supervising admin staff, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, and general office duties such as typing and coordinating internal and external hospital appointments.
* Provide general clerical duties including the use of clinical IT systems, Security Clearance, reporting and monitoring, and formulating clinical templates.
* Provide relief cover for other administrative duties and roles as required.
* Ensure post is collected, opened, sorted and distributed, including faxes and email.
* Coordinate local complaints and concerns, including logging complaints.
* Coordinate and respond to initial solicitor's letters where there is a request for clinical records.
