In this role, you’ll oversee a large commercial in Bromley, leading a team of 5 engineers to ensure high standards of service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Managing and supervising a team of 5 Multi-Skilled Engineers • Overseeing daily operations across site • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards • Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance activities • Acting as the main point of contact for client and on-site stakeholders • Monitoring performance, reporting, and service delivery standards Requirements • Proven experience within Facilities Management • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience • Strong knowledge of commercial building services • Excellent organisational and communication skills • Right to work in the UK What’s on Offer • £50,000-£52,000 per annum • No call out • Free parking on site If you live in and around the Kent area or Bromley, this could be the role for you.
