Commercial Property Legal Executive South London, Surrey £26,000 - £35,000 W/29246 Commercial Property Legal Executive - We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Top 200 and Chambers ranked law firm who are looking to expand their property team. This long-established practice with multiple offices is now seeking a further Commercial Property Legal Executive or Paralegal with at least 2 years experience to join their South London/ Surrey offices. About the Role You will be joining a dynamic team of commercial property professionals, providing essential support to lawyers across a broad range of legal and administrative duties and manging your own small caseload. In this role, you’ll be involved in reviewing and drafting various commercial property documents, such as leases, licences, and sale and purchase agreements. You'll also assist with title reviews, property searches, and due diligence processes. Your responsibilities will include preparing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax returns, supporting Land Registry applications and preparing completion statements. Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will be organised, able to manage their workload, solve problems effectively, and make sound, informed decisions. At least one to two year’s recent pure commercial property experience is essential for this role.
