The role will take full responsibility for manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality and HSE, delivering operational performance while embedding continuous improvement and supporting long-term strategic growth.
Candidate Profile
* Proven senior leadership experience within complex, regulated manufacturing environments
* Background in relevant sectors such as metals, aerospace, automotive, nuclear, or advanced engineering/manufacturing
* Demonstrable success leading operational transformation and performance improvement programmes
* Strong track record in operational excellence and lean manufacturing methodologies
* Commercially minded with the ability to align operational delivery to wider business strategy
* Strong leadership capability with experience developing and inspiring high-performing teams
Essential
* Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline
* Direct, relevant manufacturing sector experience in a comparable operational leadership role
* Strong understanding of quality, HSE, supply chain and engineering integration within manufacturing operations
