We are recruiting Qualified Train Drivers in Gloucester who are passionate about delivering high-quality rail services across the GWR network.
Our Qualified Train Drivers are vital in establishing a new standard for rail travel, focusing on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. They also bring technical and operational expertise within their teams, ensuring the highest service standards.

About You
This role requires exceptional focus and attention to detail. Your ability to follow protocols and make critical decisions will be essential. If you enjoy working in a team, have a passion for excellent customer service, and maintain a high safety critical record, we would love to hear from you.

Additional Information:
The application process includes an online Situational Judgement exercise, a review of your RSSB B1 Safety Critical Information history, and a selection interview to assess key role requirements.

* Live within 60 minutes of the depot to ensure safety and punctuality. Flexibility for various shifts, including weekends and nights, is required.
