You will be responsible for the procurement of materials, components and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply aligned with business needs. The role involves supplier management, cost-saving initiatives and strategic sourcing to support production and operational goals and achieve key performance indicators such as SOTIF, SDPPM, OTD and PPV. Responsibilities * Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost and delivery targets * Issue and manage purchase orders based on production needs * Monitor and adjust supply schedules and pricing * Handle engineering and schedule changes with suppliers * Maintain accurate supply chain data and supplier profiles * Identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities * Support compliance with responsible supply chain practices * Manage non-conforming material processes and ensure timely replenishment * Lead daily procurement activities, including pricing negotiations and vendor communications Requirements * 5 years supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing / engineering * NVQ Level 4/5 or degree in business / supply chain * Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and MRP systems * CIPS qualification desirable * Time and priority management * Strategic sourcing and MRP knowledge * Supplier relationship and contract management * Business improvement and cost control * Resilience and teamwork Please contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below
