The Role
We’re looking for a confident, organised, and customer‑focused Front of House Supervisor to support the day‑to‑day running of our centre. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead by example—delivering exceptional service, supporting the team, and helping drive membership sales and retention.
You’ll be the face of the centre, ensuring every member and guest receives a warm, professional, and seamless experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding front of house service and act as a key point of contact for members and guests
* Support daily operations, including bookings, diary management, and centre presentation
* Drive membership sales, retention, and customer engagement
* Assist in leading and motivating the front of house team
* Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently and professionally
* Ensure operational standards, cleanliness, and brand presentation are consistently maintained
* Support marketing activity, events, and member communications
* Maintain accurate system records and data integrity

* Previous experience in a front of house, hospitality, or wellness environment
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
* Commercially aware with confidence in sales and upselling
* A positive team player with a professional and approachable manner
* Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
