The Role:
This is a key role focused on Accounts Payable in a fast-moving, high-volume environment. You'll be at the heart of our finance operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth supplier relationships.
What You'll Do:
* Process and manage a high volume of supplier invoices with precision.
* Ensure timely and accurate payment runs, while reconciling supplier statements.
* Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
* Maintain organized financial records and assist with ad-hoc finance projects.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers to resolve invoice queries.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting, ideally in a high-volume setting.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
* Confident with Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems such as SAP or Sage is a bonus.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to problem-solving.
