Our leading Blackpool Special School is seeking a dedicated SEND/SEMH Specialist to join our team. This is a Temp to Perm position. You will start via a trial period, allowing you to ensure the school is the right fit for you before transitioning onto a permanent school contract. You will be working with pupils who have complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism (ASD), and specific Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets. Key Responsibilities Special School Support: Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support in a specialized, nurturing environment. SEMH & Autism Support: Use trauma-informed strategies to support pupils with complex emotional regulation needs.
