Residence Inn Edinburgh are on the look-out for a new Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team!

Main Responsibilities:
1. Using our company standard to anticipate and deliver on guests needs
2. Confident and professional engagement with guests at all times
3. Ensuring every process involved in check-in and check-out are completed
4. Processing all payments types including room charges, cash and debit/credit
5. Communicate between departments appropriately on specific guest requests
6. Providing helpful information and recommendations to our guests
7. Assisting with all F&B activities
8. Leading and coaching a small team of associates
9. Assisting the Front of House Manager with training, coaching, productivity and any relevant tasks
Candidate Requirements:
High school diploma & 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
OR
2 year degree from an accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration or related subject.
