About the Role
Fruition is seeking an experienced Process Improvement & Lean Specialist a transformation & technology team during an exciting period of growth and expansion. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role where you'll play a key part in shaping how our this organisation operates.
In this role, you'll help define, improve, and document end-to-end business processes, bringing structure, clarity, and scalability to how work gets done. Working in a Private Equity-backed environment, you'll thrive in a fast-paced setting with a clear focus on transformation, operational discipline, and value creation.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Working closely with stakeholders across the business to capture, map, and document end-to-end processes from initial trigger through to delivery and close-out
2. Applying Lean principles and tools pragmatically to identify waste, improve flow, and drive measurable improvements
3. Developing clear, practical process artefacts including process maps (BPMN/swimlane diagrams), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and RACI matrices
