We are recruiting for our office in Plymouth and are looking for someone who loves to chat, is great with people, and can use their own initiative when it comes to finding solutions. You will be the face of the company, the one who “meets and greets”. Our office is busy, proactive, and fast-paced. If you are seeking a growing company, we want to hear from you.
Role Responsibilities:
1. General reception duties, including managing calls and visitors.
2. Recruitment management via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
3. Various administrative tasks, including data entry and sales processing (competency in Excel required).
4. General PA duties.
5. Multitasking with a positive attitude.
Candidate Requirements:
* Fun, outgoing personality.
* Ability to engage with a diverse group of people.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Self-motivated with a drive to meet targets.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Experience in sales or recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
* Over 18 years old with a full working visa.
Additional Details:
* Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30.
* Salary: £25,000 per year plus performance bonuses.
* Immediate start preferred, or within four weeks.
* Based in the office in Plymouth.
