What you will do:
* Manage an allocated caseload involving routine social work interventions, understanding when to elevate cases to more experienced practitioners for complex input.
* Provide essential support to adults and children at risk, their families, and carers, while identifying and assessing risks to develop plans that minimise them.
* Engage in assessments, crafting and designing care and support plans, as well as navigating education plans and making recommendations for additional external support when needed.
* Collaborate effectively within a team, ensuring resources are optimally used and the necessary approvals obtained to implement care and support strategies.
* Participate in a duty system, addressing urgent cases promptly, conducting assessments, and planning immediate crisis responses to manage potential risks effectively.
