* Provide expert clinical leadership across inpatient and low secure services, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based psychological care
* Undertake complex psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions for individuals with severe and high-risk mental health needs
* Lead on risk assessment and risk management, including advising on complex and forensic presentations
* Deliver specialist neuropsychological input, including assessment, formulation, and consultation to colleagues
* Provide consultation, supervision, and training to psychologists and multidisciplinary staff
* Lead and manage the psychology workforce, including line management, supervision, recruitment, and staff development
* Oversee governance and quality of psychological services across inpatient settings
* Drive service development and innovation, influencing strategy, policy, and continuous improvement
* Manage and advise on resources and budget to ensure effective service delivery
* Contribute to research, audit, and service evaluation activity
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, senior leaders, and external partners
* Maintain a small specialist caseload focused on the most complex and challenging presentations
