The Opportunity

A highly regarded and well‑established law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its respected Private Client team based in Canterbury, Kent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced private client lawyer to work within a supportive, well‑resourced environment, handling a high‑quality caseload with full secretarial support and genuine scope for career progression.

The Role

You will manage a varied and technically interesting private client caseload, including:

\n
• Drafting Wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Declarations of Trust
• Inheritance Tax planning, including matters involving UK and overseas property

\n

The role offers exposure to complex and rewarding work, with strong support from colleagues and the opportunity to build long‑term client relationships.

About You:

\n
• Qualified Solicitor specialising in Private Client law
• Ideally 4+ years’ PQE, although applications from all experience levels are welcome
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, tax and estate planning
• Excellent client‑care and communication skills
• Proactive approach to business development and client relationships
• Keen to progress within a well‑structured and established private client team
