Flexzo.ai is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team and shape the next generation of intuitive, intelligent interfaces across our product ecosystem.
In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver thoughtful, user-centric designs that span web applications, mobile experiences, and native app interfaces.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about craft, curious about user behavior, and excited to contribute to a product suite that is redefining workflows at scale.
About the Role
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for new features and product improvements across web, mobile, and native platforms.
Responsibilities
* Create high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, design systems, and interaction models that align with Flexzo.ai’s brand and usability standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant user experiences.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, journey mapping, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
* Partner with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented with high quality and fidelity.
* Contribute to and help maintain a scalable, robust design system used across the Flexzo.ai product suite.
* Mentor junior designers and support best-practice design methodologies across the team.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience, ideally in SaaS or tech-driven environments.
* Proven experience designing large-scale, complex systems—experience with healthcare workflows and/or CRM platforms is a strong plus.
* Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, etc.).
* Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile design patterns, and accessibility best practices.
* Ability to translate data, research, and user insights into polished, intuitive design solutions.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including process, rationale, and final outcomes.
