Are you passionate about education, leadership, and making a real impact? At LCentral, we’re looking for a Centre Manager who can take ownership of daily operations, lead a team, and create a fun, engaging, and professional environment for students, parents, and staff.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Centre Manager, you will take full responsibility for the daily operations of your centre:

* Lead the team: Manage and support teachers and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
* Student & Parent Engagement: Build strong relationships with students and parents, addressing enquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive experience.
* Centre Operations: Oversee enrolments, documentation, fee processing, and general administration.
* Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment for students, parents, and staff.
* Problem Solving & Improvement: Take ownership of operational challenges, suggest improvements, and contribute to the centre’s overall success.


Requirements

* Diploma or degree holder in any discipline.
* Energetic, warm, and people-oriented — able to motivate staff and engage students.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Responsible, accountable, and solution-driven.
* Prior management experience in a similar setting is a plus, but not required.


Work Hours & Commitment

* Weekdays: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (2 Weekdays off).
* Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (both days are weekends compulsory).
