In order to facilitate our planned growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Cleaning Area Supervisor to join our team and assist our Operations department with contracts in the Bucks, Berks and Oxon area predominantly, with a base in High Wycombe. Ideally, you will have some supervisory or management experience but those with experience of the cleaning industry who are enthusiastic, want to learn and are keen to progress their careers are welcome to apply.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 11.30am - 8pm (half hour unpaid lunchbreak included, thus a 40 hour working week). Flexibility around these hours would be a bonus; some times an earlier start and finish might be required, but this is open to conversation and can be planned in advance to ensure the correct work/life balance
A company van, mobile phone and laptop will be provided.
The role: Working across all of our clients sites within the Thames Valley - a mix of prestigious offices, schools and some retail establishments, you will:
· Be presentable, approachable and have a friendly personality
· Have a knowledge of the cleaning industry with good time management skills
· Be willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in - cleaning at our sites when required to cover holiday and sickness. Have a hands on approach and lead by example in front of our bank team of mobile cleaners .
· Train new starters / complete new starter inductions
· Ensure cleaning standards are adhered to and H&S requirements are met
· Report any site issues
· Ensure correct uniform / PPE is worn
· Deliver stock orders
· Act as a mentor to our cleaning team and develop their potential at sites
· Identify and action training needs
· Complete site audits and reports
· Be there as a point of contact for operational issues
· Ensure operations runs smoothly and are efficient as possible, and that an exemplary cleaning service is delivered to our customers week in, week out
It is imperative that you are comfortable with a varied job 'on the road', travelling around and visiting our clients sites, and have competent relationship and decision making skills. Your time will be interspersed at our head office in Hazlemere, High Wycombe to allow for administration and other operational duties.

A current Enhanced DBS certificate is desirable (but we can help arrange one if needed)
