Overview
18.5 Hours per Week. Location: Wildwood/Pershore. Team: Fostering recruitment, Retention and Assessment. Permanent. We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Fostering and Kinship Service to undertake Form F Assessments and IFA Transfers.
Worcestershire County Council. Job Title: Fostering Social Worker. Salary: £33,699 - £41,771 (pro rata £16,849 - £20,885), plus Market forces £4,000 (pro rata to £2,000).
Responsibilities
* Undertake Form F assessments and IFA transfers.
* Assessing and supervising Foster Carers and undertaking Viability, Private Fostering and Special Guardianship Assessments for court submission.

Qualifications
* A professional qualification in social work
* Current Social Work England registration
* Post qualifying experience in Children and Families work
* Proven experience of completing social work assessments, preferably fostering assessments
* Good knowledge of the fostering regulations and minimum standards
