Join our Rail team as a Project Support Assistant and you’ll be a big part of fascinating, complex, varied, and meaningful work!
What you'll be doing
As a Project Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
1. Ensure that effective administrative support is provided to the Senior Management Team.
2. Provide administrative support to coordinate and organise team events such as meetings and team building activities.
3. Support the OLE Materials Manager by undertaking a range of regular and ad hoc administrative tasks including document control, filing, stores control, client paperwork, and minutes to support project administration services.
4. Proactively support the behavioural safety programme.

1. Flexible, hardworking, with good communication skills.
2. Good organisation and prioritising skills.
3. Works well under pressure.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
