What You’ll Do
Growth Strategy & Campaigns
* Plan and execute high-impact campaigns to drive bookings and revenue growth
* Optimize promotional strategies (e.g. early bird, seasonal campaigns) to maximize conversion
* Identify and test new growth opportunities across digital and offline channels
Behavioral Marketing
* Apply consumer psychology principles (e.g. scarcity, social proof, anchoring) to improve conversion rates
* Develop high-performing messaging for ads, landing pages, and social media
* Design and run experiments (A/B testing) to continuously improve performance
Digital Marketing Execution
* Manage and optimize key channels including Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and SEO
* Execute CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, retention, reactivation)
* Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data and dashboards
Customer Insights & Optimization
* Analyze customer behavior to identify drop-offs and conversion opportunities
* Improve the booking journey to reduce friction and increase conversion rates
* Translate insights into actionable improvements in targeting, positioning, and messaging
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field
* Minimum 1 year of experience in growth, performance marketing, or similar roles
* Strong understanding of consumer psychology and digital marketing principles
* Experience in campaign execution, analytics, and performance optimization
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
