What will my day to day look like?
You will work as part of the overall bar & restaurant team in running day-to-day operations of the bar & restaurant service. Delivering our famous food & cocktails in a friendly & efficient manner whilst maintaining agreed standards. The bar & restaurant team works across the Rocca ristorante (Mon-Sun) and Ora bar site (Fri-Sun) and you will support the restaurant manager, bar manager & supervisor across both bar areas.
Along with a skillset to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner and to a high standard we hope you will be able to progress as part of our team as grow our operations.
Other duties include but not limited to
* Cleaning and stocking bar & restaurant areas
* Stock awareness and product knowledge
* Cover for special events and functions
* Ensuring all food & drink safety, health and safety and internal standards are followed
What will you bring?
A professional, reliable and positive work ethic
Previous bar or restaurant experience
Ability to be flexible, working both independently and as part of a team and adjust to fast paced customer demands
