Finance Assistant (Immediate start)
Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with an established organisation in East Grinstead, who are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Assistant to support the team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in finance within a supportive and structured environment.
This is an ongoing temporary position.
Key Responsibilities
Processing purchase invoices and ensuring accurate data entry
Raising sales invoices and credit notes
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries
Assisting with bank reconciliations
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Supporting month-end procedures
Maintaining accurate financial records and filing
Assisting with audits and ad-hoc finance tasks as requiredSkills & Experience
Previous experience in an accounts or finance role (preferred)
Strong numerical and attention-to-detail skills
Good understanding of basic accounting principles
Confident using accounting software and MS Excel
Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitudeWhat We Offer
