Responsibilities
* You will be asked to work when required; you can choose whether or not to accept any work offered.
* You will be at the front line of care delivery, assisting residents with personal care, medical care and social interests.
* You will help residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking and mobility, respecting their dignity and independence.
* You will develop and support residents’ Care Plans and be aware of any specialist support needs.
