The Role
* You will manage your own caseload while supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex insolvency and restructuring matters.
* The role offers exposure to a broad mix of advisory, transactional, and dispute-related work.
* You will be responsible for advising on corporate and personal insolvency matters, acting for insolvency practitioners, creditors, lenders, and directors, handling administrations, liquidations, CVLs, MVLs, and bankruptcies and managing insolvency-related disputes and recovery actions.
* Supporting business development and profile-raising activities.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from solicitors with 4+ years PQE in insolvency and restructuring work.
* Commercially aware and solution-driven.
* Confident managing client relationships and files.
* Well organized with strong attention to detail.
* Keen to develop their specialism and progress their career.
