Planning and Allocation Manager role at Kelly Group
We are seeking an experienced Planning and Allocation Manager to lead a team of planners/allocators along with a small team of administration staff at our Wembley office. This pivotal role supports a field force of up to 1,300 engineers and around 4,000 jobs/tasks per day. You’ll ensure daily tasks are assigned in the correct manner.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of admin staff, driving performance and accountability.
* Oversee the daily allocation of work to up to 1,300 engineers.
* Identify and deliver improvements to processes, systems, and reporting.
* Liaise with our client on a daily basis for work numbers and locations.
* Act as a point of contact internally to Head of Department with changes and updates.
Requirements
* Experience in planning or scheduling.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and influence teams.
* Data-driven, with a track record of driving improvements.
* Resilient and proactive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
