We are looking for dependable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-paced logistics and distribution team based in London. The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high operational standards. The position involves hands-on warehouse duties and requires someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming deliveries
* Picking and packing customer orders accurately
* Preparing stock for dispatch and shipment
* Moving goods safely within the warehouse environment
* Conducting inventory checks and reporting discrepancies
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the warehouse
* Following all health & safety procedures and company policies
* Supporting colleagues and supervisors to meet daily targets
What We're Looking For
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not essential
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a physically active role
* Strong attention to detail and reliability
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Basic understanding of warehouse health & safety practices
* Forklift licence is advantageous but not required
