BRIEF DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an organised, creative, and detail-driven Communications Executive to join our fast-paced marketing department. This role will work closely with both sales and marketing colleagues to deliver impactful communications that engage customers, inspire staff, and support business growth.
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 2pm (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Lisburn, BT28 2FL
*This role is office based at Decora Head Office in Lisburn.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Digital Marketing Executive to create and implement a robust communications plan across multiple channels.
* Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and deliver product promotions that align with sales objectives.
* Customer Communications: Schedule, coordinate, and manage all customer-facing communications, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
* Publications and Editorial:
-Lead the creation of the bi-annual customer product and lifestyle magazine, from concept and editorial planning to production.
-Coordinate with the in-house design team to produce high-quality visual communications that meet brand guidelines.
-Produce the bi-annual internal staff magazine featuring product updates and lifestyle features.
-Compile and manage editorial and advertising design for trade publications.
* External Agencies: Liaise with external design agencies for non-brand-specific creative projects.
* Product and Pricing Materials: Coordinate production of the annual product price book.
* Content Management: Keep company online ordering portals, website, and intranet updated with news, product launches, and other key information.
* Cross-Department Collaboration: Work effectively with multiple departments to ensure communications are accurate, relevant, and on time.
* Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or related subject
* A minimum of 3 years' proven experience in communications, marketing, or editorial roles
* Demonstrable experience of working on simultaneous marketing projects to deadlines
* Proficiency in social media platforms
* Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly PowerPoint and Publisher
* Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and with external partners
* Creative flair with a strong understanding of brand consistency
* Proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly PowerPoint and Publisher
* Professional, ethical and confidential approach
* Adaptable and able to prioritise and re-prioritise depending on departmental and company needs
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
* Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications or Business related subject preferred
* Experience with content management systems and creative software
