How you'll grow
* Day 1-30 : Build confidence by stepping into classrooms, following school policies, and managing lessons with pre-prepared content.
* By 60 days : Become recognised for your reliability, requested back by schools impressed with your adaptability and consistency.
* By 90 days : Be established as a trusted Cover Supervisor in Fareham, confidently managing different year groups and subjects.
