You will: Manage their own caseload in a timely and efficient manner Attend client meetings, follow up with clear and accurate advice Draft Wills, deal with estate administration and prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney Conduct legal research and keep up to date with legal developments Maintain accurate file records and ensure compliance procedures are followed Contribute to internal meetings and firmwide initiatives Help grow the department through strong client service and cross-referral work You Will Need: Solid grounding in Private Client work (wills, probate, or LPA experience is essential) A proactive attitude and willingness to support firm-wide goals A good sense of humour and a common-sense approach
