Maintenance Assistant Part Time
Main Aim:
We are looking to recruit someone who ideally has experience and skills in day to day general maintenance, redecoration, H&S checks, carrying out general repairs and on call duties
Duties Include:
* To adhere to the Maintenance Manager's instructions
* To undertake all painting, repairs and decorating duties as required.
* To provide generalist assistance and support with all aspects of the Developments maintenance
* The role relies on you being able to get on and do jobs without supervision, so it is important that you are happy to work without supervision, and under your own initiative.
* Understand the need for flexibility and be prepared to undertake additional duties in order to maintain the developments
* Ad hoc duties as required.
Essential criteria:
* You will be able to work independently without supervision.
* Hold a full clean Driving license.
* Pro-active,Motivated and enthusiastic.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Problem solving skills.
