Catering Administration Assistant
25 hours, 5 days per week.
We are looking to recruit an experienced administration assistant to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Completing general administration duties in line with the department.
2. Printing menus as required.
3. Filing H&S and other departmental paperwork.
4. Responding to and booking hospitality requests.
5. Answering queries from other departments.
6. Ordering stock items via phone or online.
Experience in administration is required.
Essential skills include excellent communication, interpersonal skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and good keyboard/computer skills.
Knowledge of NHS systems such as Pecos/NCIS is advantageous.
The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
