We have a fantastic opportunity for a Vet Surgeon to join an independent first opinion small animal practice in the Basingstoke area of Hampshire
* excellent full time opportunity working 4 days a week including 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota, no Sundays and no OOH.
* practice is modern, purpose built practice and independently owned with superb equipment and facilities; digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound and in-house laboratory etc.
* ideally you will have at least two years experience with good routine surgical and medical skills
* great development role and fantastic opportunity to help in building the caseload
* generous CPD allowance and happy to support development and individual interests
* join a supportive and experienced Vet team including visiting ophthalmology / soft tissue / orthopaedic surgeons.
* Superb location in south-central England with easy access to M3 motorway and into central London and the North Wessex Downs.
Person Requirements
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
* Registered with the RCVS
* good routine medical and surgical skills
* at least two years experience
