Financial Crime Strategy & Change Analyst London | Hybrid This role will support the delivery of a financial crime transformation agenda, providing analytical and project support across regulatory change, process optimisation and operating model improvement. Responsibilities Analyse complex regulatory developments and assess business impact Support financial crime transformation initiatives, including process redesign and technology implementation Produce MI dashboards, metrics and board-level reporting Conduct process reviews to improve efficiency and control effectiveness Support business-wide projects impacting financial crime compliance Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to business cases Document and present recommendations to senior stakeholders Conduct research and gap analysis on emerging regulatory and market risks Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Technology and Risk teams to support change delivery Requirements Experience delivering financial crime change initiatives (regulatory change, TOM redesign, process optimisation) Strong understanding of AML, sanctions, fraud and KYC frameworks Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business change Experience supporting change governance (impact assessments, business requirements, UAT, implementation planning Background in private banking, building societies, challenger banks, or real estate Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills Exposure to remediation programmes or regulatory findings closure beneficial
