About you NMC-registered RGN with at least 3 years experience OR RMN with wound care knowledge
At least 2 years experience as a Unit Manager or in a similar senior leadership role
Strong clinical background with confidence in wound care and medication management
A proven leader who empowers staff and inspires quality care
Location: ST5, North Staffordshire (commutable from Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Crewe, and surrounding areas)
