Office Administrator
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Bedfordshire
We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive team. This role offers a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support across departments
* Maintain accurate records and databases
* Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service
* Assist with processing sales orders, invoicing, and shipping documentation
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
Essential Criteria:
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills
* Good problem-solving and organisational abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English)
* High level of attention to detail
* Customer service experience
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience using SAP
* Understanding of international sales and freight processes
* Ability to analyse data and prepare reports
