As a Product Manager in our Care Management team, you’ll shape features that improve care outcomes for thousands of people every day. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in complexity, loves turning user insight into scalable solutions, and wants their work to have genuine impact.
What You’ll Do
* Own and deliver a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with strategic goals
* Lead discovery using user research, data insights, and frontline care feedback
* Translate complex care needs and regulatory requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions
* Prioritise and manage the product backlog to balance speed, compliance, and user value
* Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality features, on time
* Coordinate go-to-market rollouts, training, and internal readiness activities
* Monitor product performance and iterate based on real-world impact
What You’ll Bring
* Proven product management experience in B2B SaaS or regulated sectors
* Demonstrable success delivering products end-to-end, from discovery to release
* Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum and experience working with cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication skills and a user-centred, data-informed mindset
* Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Bonus: experience in health or social care, or building products for care professionals
What We Offer
* A base salary of up to £60,000 and bonus depending on experience
