Job Description
3. Lead end‑to‑end PAS 2035 delivery, from retrofit assessment through design, installation, and handover
4. Act as the primary technical authority for retrofit coordination and energy modelling
5. Manage retrofit surveying activity across the region, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance
6. Produce and review RdSAP and full SAP energy models in line with scheme requirements
7. Manage TrustMark lodgements to support programme delivery and funding drawdown
8. Coordinate with designers, delivery teams, and external survey partners to ensure robust technical solutions
9. Implement and manage audit processes for internal and external assessors
10. Drive excellent customer and resident experience throughout the surveying process
11. Support bid and tender submissions with high‑quality technical input
12. Share technical updates, best practice, and industry developments across the business
The Successful Applicant
Essential
13. Qualified PAS 2035 Retrofit Coordinator
14. Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification
15. OCDEA certification
16. Strong working knowledge of TrustMark compliance
17. Experience managing retrofit survey processes within housing refurbishment programmes
18. Confident producing and interpreting RdSAP and SAP models
19. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
20. Strong understanding of construction types and retrofit measures
21. Ability to influence, lead, and collaborate across multiple stakeholders
