Roseate House London is an intimate, 5 star luxury London hotel offering 48 exquisitely appointed rooms and suites. Ideally located on Westbourne Terrace, it lies to the north of Hyde Park, London's largest royal park.
We are currently looking to recruit a full time Night Manager who will act as a Duty Manager and is responsible in making sure the hotels operation runs smoothly in the absence of senior management. To be fully conversant with all emergency and security procedures within the hotel, and take charge of any situation that may arise. To maintain the highest standards of service and operational efficiency within all areas of responsibility.
Main duties/responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents, staff and customers of the Hotel during the night.
Excellent customer service skills.
Escort VIP guests to their room.
Ensure Night Audit and End of Day procedures are applied so that all transactions are posted and represent a correct record of the daily revenue.
Enthusiastically delivering service excellence by handling all customers requests and complaints during the night to ensure their satisfaction and a high level of service.
Assist in Front Office operations such as check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
Patrol the Hotel during the shift to ensure the environment is tidy and adheres to all health & safety regulations.
Provide an accurate handover to returning managers at the end of the shift.
Entry Requirements:
Hotel Night/Duty Management experience within 5* star environment is mandatory.
Excellent customer service skills.
Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence.
Possess the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Has an excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests.

The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, have a confident personality, works well under pressure and able to communicate in an effective manner with all our guests and fellow team members. You must be able to work 12 hour shifts over a fully flexible Rota and also be committed in achieving a quality service to our guests. The role would also suit someone willing to step up to night duty management.
