POSITION: TEAM LEAD – COMMUNITY NURSING (OBAN & LORNE)
We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to take up the post of Team Lead for Community Nursing for Oban and Lorne to provide clinical leadership and operational day to day management for the district nursing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide professional and strategic leadership to influence and drive Community Nursing to provide best possible patient‑centred outcomes.
* Manage day to day operations of the district nursing team.
* Support the design and delivery of new models and pathways of care within the integrated team/services.
* Influence quality and maintain high standard of patient care.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* First level Registered General Nurse.
* Relevant specialist District nursing qualification.
* In‑depth knowledge of Community Nursing, criteria, processes and NHS policies.
* Self‑motivated, able to provide professional and strategic leadership.
EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
* Fixed term post of 9 months.
* Flexible working pattern will be considered and base is negotiable.
* The post holder may work flexibly in terms of location to develop and support other areas within the Community Nursing service; consideration will be given to mainland‑based candidates.
