An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced quantity surveyor to join a growing, forward thinking UK Developer delivering high quality residential and mixed use projects.
This role offers the chance to take commercial ownership of large-scale developments managing cost, value, and risk across the full project lifecycle.

About You
1. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in residential or mixed-use projects
2. Strong knowledge of cost planning, procurement, and contract management (JCT preferred)
3. Excellent analytical and communication skills
4. Commercially astute, detail-oriented, and proactive
