We’re looking for an Omni Operations Manager – Live Bingo to join our customer operations team. Reporting into the Head of Omni Operations – Live Bingo & Chat Stars, you’ll play a key role in delivering our Live Bingo experience across both online and retail channels.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading the Live Bingo team to deliver outstanding customer service and unforgettable experiences.
Driving the Live Bingo strategy and ensuring consistent delivery of brand values and standards.
Managing bingo features, promotions, and chat games to maximise engagement and performance.
Collaborating with product and marketing teams to grow customer engagement and KPI metrics.
Overseeing staffing, rotas, and live hosting schedules to ensure seamless operations.
Coaching, developing, and supporting your team through regular feedback and performance reviews.
Recruiting and onboarding new Live Hosts and Chat Hosts, ensuring full training and development.
Championing a culture of exceptional service and safer gambling across all channels.
Managing HR matters and leading regular team meetings to share updates and drive performance.
Planning and executing Live Bingo social media activity and recognising WOW moments.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience managing teams in customer-facing roles, ideally in bingo, leisure, hospitality, or retail.
Experience in gaming environments and a strong understanding of customer service KPIs.
A passion for coaching and developing others to reach their full potential.
Strong communication skills and a flair for creative problem-solving.
Ability to work flexibly across varied hours (between 8am–1am) to meet customer needs.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a keen eye for detail and innovation.
Confidence in using Microsoft packages and analysing data to drive decisions.
