Description About the Role We are looking for a motivated and numerically minded Quantity Surveying Technician Apprentice to join our team. Over this 24 month programme (plus end point assessment). You will work towards the Level 4 Apprenticeship while gaining hands on experience in monitoring costs, contracts and commercial processes across construction projects. Key Responsibilities • Support Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers across finance, cost control and contract management. • Learn construction health & safety requirements and understand environmental impacts. • Support scheduling, risk identification and stakeholder communication. • Assist with measurement, costing and procurement activities. • Maintain accurate project records and documentation. What You’ll Bring • GCSEs Grade 5 in Maths & English. • 3 A Levels, Level 3 qualification, or a T Level in Construction. • Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office and Excel. • Interest in quantity surveying and willingness to learn new software/tools. • Good communication, organisation and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
