Your newpany:Take part in a team of specialist property lawyers within a well-known public legal practice shared between multiple local authorities and help with issues relating to property.Your new role:
As a Property Lawyer, you will conduct a wide variety of legal work relevant to property matters within the scope of the public sector and all clients of localernment. You will also support the team and work collaboratively on a varied caseload of property work. The initial duration of the assignment is 6 months, with a high likelihood of extension.What you'll need to succeed
1. Qualified as a lawyer
2. Working experience in property matters
3. Previous experience of local authorities work (highly desirable) or strongmercial property background elsewhere (2+ PQE)
A DBS check, political restriction, and the right to work in the UK are needed for this role.
