Join us as a Supplier Assurance Technologist and play a vital role in ensuring our ingredients, packaging, and products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. About the Role As a Supplier Assurance Technologist, you'll support the assessment, approval, and ongoing monitoring of raw materials, packaging, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and 3PL sites. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that all materials and partnerships meet our rigorous technical and legal standards. Approve and monitor raw materials, packaging, and contract manufactured goods Manage supplier assessments, including audits and visits Ensure compliance with food safety and legal standards (HACCP, TACCP, VACCP) Analyse microbiological data and support specification management Handle supplier non-conformance and drive continuous improvement Support internal and external audits and certification processes Work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and co-manufacturers Experience & Qualifications: Background in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field (degree preferred but not essential) Experience in Supplier Quality Assurance in food or drink manufacturing Strong knowledge of HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, and relevant food safety regulations Experience with GFSI schemes and retailer Codes of Practice Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical documentation Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented and highly organised Excellent communicator at all levels Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage competing priorities A collaborative team player who embraces change Who You’ll Work With Site Teams Supplier Assurance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams NPD and Compliance departments Suppliers, Co-Manufacturers, and Customers External Auditors What can we offer you?
