Hours
Monday to Friday: 07:45 - 17:30
Saturday & Sunday: 08:30 - 16:30
This position is full time working 37.5 hrs per week. You will be working predominantly Monday to Friday and have the opportunity to work weekends.
Salary
You'll receive an annual salary up to £33,454 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As a Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will include:
* Provide safe and secure medicines management and reconciliation service to the agreed standards.
* Manage prescriptions and interventions, providing face-to-face advice to patients.
* Provide continuity of care to patients upon discharge.
* Build strong relationships within the multidisciplinary team.
* Share information relating to medicines optimisation and drug regimes.

Qualifications required
* Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
* Up-to-date with Continual Professional Development (CPD)
* Relevant post-qualification pharmacy experience
